Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces ¼ cup oil ½ cup Parmesan cheese petals 1 packet Chicken Parmesan Sheet Pan Seasoning 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce Fresh parsley
Instructions
In a resealable bag, combine Chicken Parmesan Sheet Pan Seasoning, 1/4 cup oil and chicken breasts. Close bag securely and squeeze bag to thoroughly coat the meat.
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden, crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Arrange chicken pieces on a serving platter, top each piece with a Parmesan petal and insert a toothpick for easy pick up. Garnish platter with parsley and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
